What is Freesat?

Freesat is a DTH (direct-to-home) satellite television distribution service, i.e. directly to your home. Freesat is different in that: – you have no contract period and no monthly invoice, you pay only once a year, you have your favorite Romanian stations included in the package and you can have access to over 500 international stations.

How it works:

To use the Freesat service you need the reception equipment composed of: – Satellite reception antenna (recommended diameter of 80cm) with a LNB. You can use the antenna from another operator or you can buy it from one of the partners – Compatible satellite receiver (MPEG4/DVBS2 with CONAX). If you don’t have one, you can buy it from partners or the Amiko Mira model, directly from the website, here. – Freesat or TVR card (if you have a TVR card, you can activate the Freesat service without needing another card)
